3 Sweet Perspectives: Health Wise

(1) clearing up another stupid mess concerning health, because health is a serious issue particularly in the area of gaining weight (which I personally do not, I do not get fat or obese period). Sugar was never meant to be healthy (or unhealthy), sugar is like salt, it’s used to “sweeten” things, so like salt it’s a flavoring substance. it’s neither healthy or unhealthy, it’s like a spice or a herd used to flavor things. Nobody expects salt to be health or unhealthy (the concern usually comes down to usage, i.e if you used too much or not), so I don’t see why anyone would expect sugar, which is a flavoring agent, to be healthy or unhealthy, though sugar is said to be used to some degree by the brain — all i can say is it never made me fat or made me have to go to the hospital. Sure sugar can decay your teeth but that’s just a matter of poor hygiene in most cases since nothing should remain on your teeth like that in the first place. There are possibly many fruits that contain natural substances (acids for example) that can erode the enamel of teeth if left too long on your teeth, and your teeth aren’t thoroughly cleaned.

(2) One thing that’s also common in some overweight people is lack of activity to get the fucking weight down, there is alot of emphasis on food but oddly enough there isn’t as much about getting in shape. I don’t think food alone will help this issue with obesity enough. Also people need to be aware that there are certain people who cannot eat certain fruits because those fruits will fuck them up. For example some people need to stay away from “peanuts”, but does that mean peanuts are bad for you?, absolutely not, so by the same token it’s pretty retarded to claim that sugar or salt is bad for you just because some people cannot handle these things for whatever reason (whether it’s obesity, allergies etc), and should not have much of them, if not at all, in their diets.

(3) The last thing is don’t believe the hype that fat is good for you. Most natural things do not contain all that much fat in the first place, fat is not really that important, protein and vitamins are actually alot more common in fruits and vegetables than fat. Typically when people talk about fat is not good for you, they mean common fatty things. Now I just said that fruits and vegetable don’t really contain fat, so you guess where i’m coming from with this, that’s right, when people say fat is bad it’s usually referring to fats from processed foods. The thing about fat being good for you is bogus nonsense, because when you see what the fuck they (they meaning some health experts) are taking about, the fucking clowns are talking about a goddamn “Avocado” (which has “healthy” fat) which is a fucking fruit (or vegetable) in the first place. Ofcourse a fucking avocado is going to be healthy JACKASSES xD. Are you people silly?, when people talk about unhealthy fatty things, they are not thinking about a fucking avocado, what comes to mind is butter, greasy gravy, fatty meats and things from relatively manmade foods. I also doubt that “healthy fat” is the only thing you’re getting from an avocado.

  1. This is very much informative. Thanks for sharing this great information. Yes, we always complain food for becoming fat without doing exercises. And the information about sugar is very much effective. Great post.πŸ€©πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’•

    1. lol thanks a ton for your lovely comment Tushara. I am very glad it was of help to you my friend. You are so right, a great diet and exercise goes a long healthy way, and there is nothing wrong with eating your favorites in moderation.

The common perception is that it is the sugar that is the issue, but that is only because of the inaccurate information that’s being placed in the public domain by “experts” who put this kind of stuff in misleading articles

Usually on my profile, comments like yours don’t go over there, only comments with links, or comments made by users with links in their usernames etc — I guess these latest cases might be due to a recent update.
