Don’t worry about must having or only getting a particular type of beans, or a particular type of apple etc; this is nonsense. This only makes sense in the case of people who have certain conditions and diseases, who need supplements and must go out of their way to make sure they get certain nutrients from specific foods that supply those nutrients.
Remember don’t waste food, apparently it’s only when you have “too much” food it is taken for granted and then it becomes bad or “junk food”, but don’t worry too much about this folly level of selective extremes. Give thanks to the creator and try managing things in “moderation”. Even the bible warns against gluttony and also cautions about the consumption of “too much” honey; even that emphasizes the acknowledgment that too much of anything, even a good thing, can still be a bad thing. This is ancient basic fundamental knowledge, so those who are spreading nonsensical information to the contrary are jokers; fools kidding themselves at this point.
