COMMENT [757]

Developing a clear “addiction” to something to deal with “stress” makes no sense, because it is essentially saying that when folks have stress, to “deal” with stress, they do things that just adds more stress — this is all the fuck that results in the situation because they keep doing the same things over-and-over and this is a clear sign that what they are doing is obviously not fucking working since the problem still remains; so anyone with a fucking clue knows that its just silly crap. Anybody can do anything to deal with stress, but if you are not dealing with the actual issues causing the stress, it’s just futile bullshit. So I cannot accept these weak excuses knowing that they are in no ones’ best interest. Sometimes the idea of “stress” stuff only comes in handy as an “excuse” after repeated consequential fuck-ups ironically caused due to the very activity that people resort to doing supposedly because of “stress”.

Call me the Dynamic Dude, that dude that doesn’t “evolve” because it’s that dude with natural versatility.

  1. thats the truth. I become addicted to anything that seems to soothe my stress, oh wait, it only adds more layers until I face the actual issue

    1. Exactly Lizi, usually it’s just better to deal with the real issue right away, rather than to resort to secular means to cope which just mask them, which, in some instances, can leave you stuck with much bigger issues than you initially had πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
