On the issue of health: in current times, obesity seems to be a huge focus but some folks claim that it’s because of “fast food” and all kinds of bizarre excuses, but this increase of the numbers of obese individuals in society now compared to other times in history and even compared to recent times, has nothing to do with fast food per-say; the rise of obesity is because of population increase. Obviously as the population increases, you will have more-and-more obese people, you will have more-and-more diabetics, you have more-and-more cases of cancer, you will have more-and-more DUI incidents — the list goes on-and-on, especially when we look at a much broader picture, which is something fools struggle with, but that’s just the reality. Fallacious garbage is making it seem as though obesity is only a recent thing, but people have been getting “fat” and “overweight” for centuries even in times before there was “fast food”, and even in times before “sugar” was widely cultivated as a food commodity. So, this nonsense about “sugar” being the cause of “weight gain” is misleading and a false equivalence — none of it is reality, all of it is fabrication.
Believe it or not, that’s not even the tip of the iceberg of *unsubstantiated claims. But expecting anything other than proper-perspective and clarity from me, is like thinking I use “gossip”, practice devil doctrine, or agrees that “violent video-games” are responsible for “mass-shootings” — NOT HAPPENING βΌπππ

You are probably right sir, But obesity is directly related to changing lifestyle. We have started living a comfortable life, far away from hard work. We eat packaged food, we do not have time to cook fresh food. Due to increase in population, pure goods are not available. All these reasons are equally responsible for obesity.π

Hi, I am very happy to see you and to read your input my friend βΊοΈβΊοΈ.
Yes lifestyle change is certainly an issue, but the reason why we see so many cases of obesity now is not because obesity is a new thing, it’s mainly because of the fact that modern societies have better ways of collecting data and doing surveys and I doubt any of this was conducted in ancient times. So it’s beyond me how they compare what they know now, to civilizations that existed thousands of years far back the past that barely wrote about any of this stuff to make it seem as though issues pertaining to weight gain and obesity is a relatively new thing happening because of the wide use of “sugar” — as time goes on, you are going to have more examples of cases of obesity primarily because of the fact at people are living longer and populations have increased over the years, so naturally, we will see more of alot of things compared to previous times in history where there were “less”.

Clearly, so important how explain or present the narrative around new and emerging data.

Yes absolutely, the thing is, the data that they claim they have and what actually happens in real life, are two different things.
Some of them seem to have data that keeps conveniently changing, but reality doesn’t change and this is where contradictions get exposed lol

So true…it all depends whose eyes are analyzing, don’t you think.
You must give me an example of the changing data
I’m just curious

Yes that is possible but i personally do deal with the data that some of them deal with, i just need to know what people do and the consequences or the results that consistently happen, and the reality overweight gain is clear.
They blame it on fat, they blame it on cholesterol, they blame it on oil, they blame on carbohydrates, they blame it on drinks, now they blame it on sugar — the list is long ππ

They talk about good fats sugars and carbohydrates to…
It all comes down to lifestyle and your relationship with these foods
That’s just one aspect.

Hahaa yes, it comes down to life style namely: balance, moderation etc.
I have eaten alot of so called junk food, more so in my years as an adult than as a kid — as a kid junk food was typically only brought as a “treat” LOL, and even as an adult I don’t eat fast food/junk food everyday, it’s still an occasional thing for me, but over the years collectively I have eaten “processed food”, drinks loaded with sugar, you name it and I do not have hyper tension, I do not have diabetes, I do not have cancer and I do not have weight gain — I can basically fit into alot of the clothes that I still own from 20+ years ago, plus I still find myself having to put extra holes in belts so that I can get them tight enough to fit around my waist and when I go to get medical check ups, my results have been SUPER identical over the years ππ.

Goodmorning.Killa.
Merry Christmas to youππ
Your type is not unfamiliar to me. Your body structure and health remained the same through the years. Besides having a great metabolism you have this innate discipline to balance your lifestyle.
Yet people with your type can indulge all these groups of ‘foods’ and never put on weight.
Then there are those who have kept their youthful body structure, yet they suffer high levels of cholesterol , high sugar levels, blood pressure and all the other illnesses that would or should normally affect fat or obese men and women. High levels of autoimmune conditions also plague them.
At some point the diet of households changed with the introduction of these junk foods which tipped the scales and life was never the same again for them, precisely because of lack of discipline and lifestyle change.
Otherwise how are you doing this Christmas morning. Soon I have to get up to wash my hair

Yes sir! I completely agree with you on this. Obesity is not just a problem of today, it has always been among us. If the population has increased, then the cases are more visible.

Exactly, I am happy that you get the message lol. I have been seeing older folks from since the 60’s and even images from the 14th century etc of people who were overweight , so it’s unlikely that weight gain is a recent “sugar” issue π

Bullying leaves life-long scars unless those scars are treated. I agree, bullying isn’t confined to one set or group of people, it falls within a large spectrum, everyone is rendered vulnerable. Growing courage and confidence in children is key. Also the bullies need help from an early age. We are all prone to it in one way or another. We don’t heal by wounding others. Bullying is a serious mental disease in my country. Children fear going to school due to the ever pervasive bullying. I real mess. Our education system is as always in denial. They have neither the skills nor the desire to deal with it. Anyone with talent in this direction would’ve dealt and find solution for these problems. Talent and skills are lacking, here too the authorities are in denial. We have a highly inefficient educator at primary and secondary level. Very few schools can offer a safety net. Children have returned home and committed suicide, so very bad it is. Yes a terrible mess….oh i have unloaded, hope your ears are not heavyππ
They are falling my friend, all the kings men and all the king’s horses are battling to put humpty dumpty together again. It is a spectacular spectacle out there. Humpty and Dumpty in all their decadance are fighting for their lives, by all means necessary, even prophets and preachers, not forgeting the litigators are waging an onslaught to keep them together. The prosecutors can’t keep upππ€£ …for some it is a losing game….the pendulum can swing any way…there is a weather mood there as well…we will see how these taps leak or tightened with the daily propaganda…
Lol…we wait and see about the combo
Seriously, in my heart of hearts Providence will weigh in. Governance is his domain….Providence always strikes in the most mysterious ways…
Your ears still there, or you falling π΄ π€ π
So true, they haven’t been laying dormant, they were striking left right and centre. In our brilliance as a human race we have identified all these groups, given them a name, and found ways to treat them. Thank goodness for the soldiers out there in the laboratories on the frontline hunting down a cure. We live in hopeπ

*** Yes this is related to the overall issue that I was originally talking about which is, people fabricating statistics, situations and information and making up excuses that are misleading when it comes to health, the same exact thing applies when it comes to the “health” of the systems that we put in place to deal with issues, if we are dealing with people who’s only agenda is to push foolish narratives and to distort what’s rally happening, then this creates a very huge problem since it undermines what some of these systems were set-up to do, and it means that there are those who are not really dealing with the actual problems because the actual problems are difficult to deal with, and would rather blame other things that they see as more convenient, which ultimately creates a false sense of hope and people inventing way too much time and resources into futile efforts.
*** Hahaa, yes things are all over the place with certain entities and the spectacle they are putting on but what’s important is to remember where you stand and how important it is to remain committed, this is typically the most difficult part because of all of the distractions and becaue of all of the “temptations”. This is what happens with some of the people that you noted like politicians, preachers, prophets, regular citizens and the folks in leadership positions; they start out one way but as time pass, they become “tempted” and “bribed” and in some cases loose focus as a result.
*** Yup the “combo” is still on the “menu” along with the passion-fruit an vanilla bean hahaha
*** Wow that is a very deep thought, it reminds us that sometimes if we want something done, we have to do the job ourselves and it’s up to us to make sure that our standards don’t get compromised.
*** Yes things specifically like “cancer”, “weight gain”, “dental” issues etc, have not been laying dormant; they also are not anything new that just popped-up in modern times or things that “sugar” caused. And you are absolutely correct, thanks to brilliance and innovation, we are able to properly identify and treat these issues but one major problem still remains that we can’t medicate our way out of, and that’s dicipline lol. People that really want something bad enough, they sacrifice. On the other hand, misleading information and baseless “blaming” just compels people to waste time on things that don’t actually work.

That’s so true and then people get hung up on the newest trend until they crush under the new narrative of good and health living.
Obsessions terrible drivers because they are tied up with emotional states and they can be triggered at anytime which leads to comfort eating or anorexia. A result of all the imbalance we were speaking about earlier, lacking the discipline and just overall neglect.
Some of these diseases are visible others make themselves known in other ways. Mental and physical health walks hand in hand.
True, sacrifice is the word. It is also for me a challenge especially in these years and yet we sacrificed so much for home and country and still we crush under the pressure of having to sacrifice.
Entitlement is a big problem that has been bloated due to false narratives and the manner in which history is being handed down. I have to stop myself in my tracks when i read some things that have renained on repeat yet accept that this is someone else’s journey, they are young or they have not delved into history and need to catch up, in thr meantime so much has happened already
Discipline in high level work especially governance is key. There is this feeling that it is almost inevitable.
The fall of great men and women in these roles are recorded throughout the bible. There is always something new to learn in the great book, that there is nothing new under the sun. The spectacular theft that has taken place under our noses in government is gut-wrenching and it has affected literally every household in my country. The spectacular defence of these crimes is mind-blowing. I’m always staggered by how we perceive things differently, the rights and wrongs. We seen the fight of the clans from a long way off but there most of us were in denial, even though we would allude to the fight and elbowing particularly amongst the big tribes. So in a way I’m not knocked off my feet by the current display of group interests, right or wrong. Yet it does affect my nervous conditions. I’m not sure how long i will be around to influence my household. At times i become frantic that they will be left all alone with their offsprings when the current changes completely and the tide don’t turn in their favour.
Being occupied with these thoughts is depressing and it’s a daily practice to shake them off. Obsession is unhealthy
….shew…that was a mouthful π
Great menuπ
We must strive to get things done. Complete projects and walk the path of progress. We have the habit of abandoning projects, we have a problem with naintenance, we have a problem to face the challenges, we have a habit of wishful thinking, we wish things away. Nothing works that way. This is why our inner and outer landscapes are looking a mess. We have to start from within and the scale has to be as a collective otherwise our environments will continue rotting.
Let’s hope innovation and the technology reach the majority

This is so true, my mind goes back to the nursery rhyme, although for the life of me i can’t understand why it belongs to the nursery

Humpty dumpty had a great fall
How old is this one!! It goes way back, just like all the other ills you mention

Hahaha it probably belongs to the nursery because of the way it told, where it told and written in such a way that it helps stimulate learning in younger kids. It is interesting that the lesson in this session reminds you of Humpty Dumpty — what is brings that to your mind specifically?
Yes weight gain, cancer and tooth problems just to name a few. go way back in time ππ

Yes as kids we loved playing around with that rhyme, yet alot of times children were bullied and teased with the rhyme. Fat children of course. Or be giggled at in the class when they had to recite it.
My other thoughts are with politicians especially where I come from, they are mostly excessively overweight. Seen one in a white suit with black lapels and bow-tie in combo with a white shirt. A big round belly tried to squeeze into the suite, it looked a disaster. Yet a perfect example of a humpty dumpty politician….lol…
I could go on about that…
How dare he step into that comboπ
Yes, those illnesses existed without names, maybe…now we know how to care for them at least

That’s an interesting revelation — the fat kids are bullied, the slim kids are bullied, the rich kids are bullied the poor kids are bullied, the new kids are bullied and old kids are bullied — it is definitely a mess. None of this is productive at all and it’s up to us who know better to actually reinforce the true meaning of what these lessons are because it’s one thing for someone to hear something and another for them to understand.
π€£π€£ indeed the currupt Humpty Dumpty politicians, or “officials”, are certainly “stuffing” their bellies by stuffing their pockets with the money they goudge from the folks they are supposed to be representing π
Hopefully corrupt politicians don’t get a “combo” of “consecutive” terms in office LOL
That’s true, in fact even today they are still called different names because of the different languages that exist today but these issues have long existed, they didn’t only start yesterday as some would have us believe ππ. Yes we do know how to treat these illnesses which is very good.
