Your health is the #1 most important fundamental priority and there is many approaches to it. It can be actually quite fun and interesting to get your health back on the proper course, and contrary to popular belief, in most cases you don’t need a special “diet” — what it comes down too more-often-than-not and more-than-ever is patience. Some people “don’t have the patience”, but some of the best things in life, such as your health, is only as good as how much time you put into it and alot of things people do rely on health. I don’t care how much money you spend, any manner of productivity starts with health first and is dependant on health, always.

I always knew that there was something incredibly flawed with the thinking that it’s “processed foods” of a modern diet that is getting people obese, because for those who are really paying attention, you will find out that there are people living in environments that have never seen or heard of a modern diet and don’t even eat that much “processed food”, and in fact they barely have any access to food on a daily basis, and they are still get fat and overweight. Plus there are individuals that show signs of being “bigger than average” from as young as babies and infants, who have never seen a drop of “processed foods” in their entire fucking infant lives. So this thing about sugar causing weight gain, and it’s only because of “processed foods”, is just fucking stupidity. It’s not even a question of “junk science” anymore, it’s just mindless invalid stupidity xD.

It’s nothing to do with modern diets it’s that some people don’t have the “patience” and obviously can’t wait to momentously devour mountainous-mouthfuls, moment by moment lmao.
