COMMENT [655]

What is funny about this issue of sugar etc, is that some folks in the media like to generally insist that they really know what is good for others as though they are completely free of any issues related to poor taste in dietary choices and bad habits, but let me remind you that when all is said and done, I personally don’t have high or low blood pressure, I personally am not “fat” or “obese”, I do not have diabetes, I do not have kidney, lung, or liver or heart issues, I have no eye-sight issues, and I have had a diet for *decades that has been relatively very high in sugar, and I can literally still fit into the same exact clothes I wore when I was a teen as if I am still a teen, so unlike some of these folks, I am not fooling myself with garbage and my priorities are not fucked up, I am not just trying to be chauvinistic and that is what i’m ultimately saying, the jackasses that get up in the Media and spread this misinformation, are fooling themselves — i’m not just saying things just for attention.

There is no facts anywhere that proves that sugar is responsible for any of the weight-related non-communicable diseases, if there is anyone that has actually been able to prove this without needing to fabricate it with scientific lingo, I would love to see the results because, so far, I cannot recall actually seeing anyone in real life who has been able to just remove sugar out of any beverage or food, and “significantly” reduce their weight as a result.

The only individuals I know who insist on this misleading unsubstantiated claim are silly air-headed pricks in the Media and incompetent fools affiliated with certain industries who release this garbage in articles and in the Media, hoping not to be challenged on the actual merits of the case. They will just “cite” some “studies”, come up with some scientific diatribe and polish all of that over by throwing-in some stereotypical bullshit about “yeah, take fruits and vegetables blah blah blah” in the mix, hoping that people will just go along with this junk in the name of “expertise” since some of these folks are deemed to be “experts”, and not actually question the merits of their rubbish —  the moment you question their inaccurate information, it falls apart. They do not have any substance to prove that their theory on the matter isn’t a puddle of puke.

Sugar has no actual trace of fat as part of its natural chemical make-up; it is the least fattening substance available. Removing sugar from food does not make people lose weight, people gain weight from solid foods, and the reason why they are gaining weight from solid foods is because solid food groups are the only edibles that have traces of actual “fat” that can provide actual body-fat to humans, and also because they are overeating.

Also, some individuals come with this flimsy claim about how the reason why there is so much obesity is because of the modern diets that we have today and because of the “sugar” in the foods, but if you do your research, you would see that there are lots of individuals in ancient tribal settlements who do not have access to alot of food or heavily processed foods, who are actually fat, so the idea that there is alot of obesity because of processed foods of a Modern diet, is also misleading and false.

Pointing out a sugar tax in Mexico is completely useless because the sugar tax in Mexico did not prove to have a single effect on reducing obesity rates in the country, and furthermore, taxing sugar has been tried in many other countries and just barely reduced “consumption” at best, with absolutely no effects on the rates of obesity in general, just like the flop that resulted in Mexico. It was a completely meritless initiative in the first place that also turned up meritless results which comes as no shock because if you want to fix an issue, you have to fix the issue from the root, not by the panic of deceptive insecure pricks, who feel they are an expert and therefore they just throw anything out because they wish for it to be the answer.

  1. This is actually super true and you seem to have done a proper analysis on this which is great!๐Ÿ˜„ Infact sugar is necessary for us, on a daily basis and its “fat” which leads to weight gain in an unhealthy way.

    1. Hahaha WOW brin, my friend, it has been a good while indeed since we have actually communicated. I think you have actually been posting on and off but we have not talked directly until today ๐Ÿคฃ.

Great seeing you again man, and yeah alot of things we consume are actually necessary in some way or another, it’s just the over-indulgence or “abuse” of them that leads to issues. And I am glad that you too are also observing the potential health issues with fat. If there is anything that makes people “fat” it has to be the fat content in most solid foods that numerous doctors themselves have claimed actually supply the human body with fat as opposed to the “sugar” in them that naturally has zero trace of fat or fat compounds.

They claim that the “fat” is “healthy fat”, but as you and I both know, too much of anything can have it’s consequences ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

        1. Yes exactly my friend, everything in the right amounts can work wonders lol.

Some may say that “sugar isn’t necessary”, but the fact that it is present in almost all natural fruits, and even in some vegetables, thoroughly invalidates these claims ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‚.

It clearly has a its own purpose, as you have even noted earlier lol

    1. Your precious comments are tremendously appreciated Zadi. Every time you visit, it’s always so warm and angelic, so thanks a million haha

What you said is very true, I remember hearing that alot, and I think that’s partly due to the fact that alot of people don’t get tested or have annual check-ups and don’t actually know what’s going on with them health-wise, they just assume that they are good until the sudden strike of a heart attack or stroke etc.

    1. Hahaha thank you Dulcy. Yes I do like this topic alot — I usually rotate through different types of topics every week, it’s just that sometimes some specific topic-types reoccur more then others during certain periods, but I usually try to do a mixture.

Recently the health topics were being highlighted more frequently, but at other times other types of topics would be in rotation more frequently instead haha
